Brian Kreisler graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2004. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science with an emphasis in international relations, cum laude, from Southern Illinois University in 2001. Before joining Warma Witter Kreisler Gregov & Associates Inc., Brian was a trial lawyer at midsized law firm in Belleville, Illinois where represented numerous governmental entities in Illinois state and federal courts. Prior to that, Brian was an Assistant St. Clair County Public Defender where he tried various felony cases, including murder and attempted murder cases. Brian has also worked as an Assistant St. Clair County State’s Attorney where he prosecuted D.U.I. offenses as well as minor drug offenses and miscellaneous misdemeanor offenses on behalf of the People of the State of Illinois.

He is the Chief Legal Counsel of the Agency and provides the Agency a background in Illinois Municipal Law, claims handling, and litigation. > Brian is admitted to practice law in Illinois, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Central Districts of Illinois. His affiliations include memberships in the St. Clair County Bar Association, East St. Louis Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Belleville Jaycees, and is an Associate Member of the Fraternal Order of Police Metro-East Lodge. Brian is also a Lifetime Member of Golden Key National Honor Society.
